Taiko Percussion

What is this Metal pipe type percussion instrument called?
I’ve been to a few different Taiko performances (Japanese drumming) and I noticed that they often incorporate a strange instrument that looks like a large metal pipe, with a larger diameter in the middle, and smaller diameters on each side, played horizontally and hit with small metal sticks. What is this instrument? I can’t find any information about it.

It is not a Vibraphone or Tubular bells. It is one large solid pipe laid horizontally about 1 – 2 feet long producing only about 3 tones. What is this instrument? I can’t find any information about it.
