Turkey, as the point where East meets West has a rich and varied cultural heritage and commands great appeal as a holiday destination. Sightseeing
Turkey boasts plenty of ancient sites spread out across the country that are worthy of exploration. The Acropolis and Asclepion of Pergamum, the site of the legendary city of Troy, and the city of Ephesus are just a few examples. Food and Drink
Holidays to Turkey can be hard work with all that sightseeing and shopping, so always take the chance to stop at the local tea house and partake of the local treats. Perhaps follow this up with a night of Turkish food and folk and belly dancing at a lively local restaurant.
