Japanese Wrapping

What is a city in California that has, or had, a large population of Japanese ?
I would like to use the name of a town as a name for a large special order of soap that I’m wrapping up tonight.
It’s Japanese Green Tea, and California Lemon, If you have any other good ideas, let me know ![]()
I really didn’t know where else to put this question. Geoghraphy or History didn’t seem right, and I figured a lot of smart people with a lot experience hang out here.
All farm lands had/has large population, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, Oxnard, San Luis Obispo, where ever it’s green. =)
