Have you ever heard of a JAPANESE PLUM-the small, yellow sweet fruit?
Have you ever picked it fresh off the tree? I don’t know where else they might have it, but aI only see it in Louisiana.
Oh, & have you ever chewed the sugar out of a fresh stalk of sugar cane? I only see that in LA, as well.
& @ the 1st University I went to, they had Japanese Plum trees & persimmon trees. & they also had these orange & purple peppers that my former foster mom used to put in a jar with vinegar for decoration.
Yes they are called Shiro Plums… We have a tree in our yard…
