Hand Scroll
What is the best way to scroll content in the middle of a page or div using the main scroll bar?
I want to use a container of some kind, even perhaps an iframe, but I want the content to scroll with the main scroll bar on the right hand side instead of including it inside the box. It will work best for the design i’m trying to achieve. If you need an example, think of the new message reader page on Facebook. The banner, sides, etc all are anchored but the thread itself will scroll.
Any background can be set to fixed. Then you have an inner content div which you allow to scroll. Example: http://www.paynelessdesigns.com/
Proper use of CSS to style the page(s) is all you need .
