what is this old cartoon with a green and yellow dragon?
i can remember a tv show from when i was little about a dragon who always talked to his dad who was dead (i think). he had a friend who was an owl who wore a purple robe. and there was a villain that lived in a desert and he was made out of sand. this is all i can remember. thanx
