How to make Gonesh brand incense cones burn properly?
Well, I’ve got some Gonesh cones.
THEY REFUSE TO BURN >8C
Especially when turned upright. They will /almost/ stay embering when upside down, but I don’t have a rig to hold them like that. Anyone know of any other way to make the damn things burn? They take forever to light up, if you can get them lit at all, then they wont /stay/ lit.
I’m very picky about scents and Gonesh is the only company I’ll buy from. I really want to use the cones because I got a really nifty asian dragon burner for ‘em :[

Funny you should ask. We were in a novelty store recently and they had Gonesh incense cones. Some smelled great and we wanted to buy a few. When I was in college we could buy little wire holders for the cones. When stretched out they looked like a spiral and you’d put the cone in them upside down and light it. The people at the store looked at us like we were nuts. So, I went home and made one out of some scrap wire. Worked great!
