Can you put this recipe into grams? I don’t understand it :’)?
1 tablespoon chili or vegetable oil
3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 teaspoon finely chopped gingerroot
1 can (8 ounces) no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili puree with garlic
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 ounces small snow (Chinese) pea pods (1/2 cup)
1/3 cup sliced red onion
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Please can someone put the ‘cup’, ‘ounces’ and ‘pound’ measurements into grams? it would make life so much easier and I’d be very grateful, thank you.
454 g = 1 pound = 16 ounces
so 8 ounces = 227 g
3/4 pound = 12 ounces = 227 + 114 = 341 g approx
you can’t convert a cup into ounces as a cup is a volume measurement and grams is a weight measurement
so just use a normal cup or half a mug full
