what kind of cinnamon is best for most everyday uses?
I received a gift certificate with a wonderful catalog to choose from and I didn’t realize there were so many cinnamons available. I can ;choose from Chinese Cassia, Vietnamese Cassia, Korinje Cassia and Celon.
All of them are delicious! Since you have a gift certificate, pick the most expensive…why not treat yourself? Not that many people use it every day anyway, so it should last a while.
P.S. My favorite is Ceylon of the ones you mentioned, but my all-time favorite is Madagascar cinnamon.
